Its all about Mind, Body & Soul

FITNESS is a broad concept now and it symbolises physical, mental as well as the spiritual capacity of a human body. Let us understand it in few points dealing with Physical, Mental and Spiritual Health

  • Physical: Physical fitness does not only mean staying fit physically but also to immune the entire body system and develop the capacity to perform various tasks during the daily routine with the utmost energy and zeal. Physical exertion has various impacts on the routine which helps us to exert develop our muscular body and even strengthen our nervous system. Some perform yoga some do a workout while some do daily activities to get the amount of physical fitness needed for the day. It not only provides sound sleep but also makes us habituated for the better conditions of difficulties in our life. A physically fit person can do his work more energetically in compared to a person who is obese which is a proven fact.
  • Mental: Mental fitness symbolises the capacity of the mind to perform various activities that are linked with physical tasks. The mind is the first indicator to ensure that fitness is in sync with the body. The more positive is the mindset the better the output. More often people fail because they decide to do certain changes in their lifestyle but do not implement it and so they have to reroute their thoughts and struggle a bit more for their fitness. The mental capabilities of every individual are different; some cope up fast some take time; to overcome this stick to your goal and slowly it will be a part of your daily routine. When a person falls sick it is his/ her mental capacity which helps in recovery, the more the will power faster will be the recovery. So mental fitness also plays a vital role in a healthy body. We have seen success stories of handicapped people performing their routine with a healthy mind and do it better than the normal human as their mind is very focused and strong which makes them different from others.
  • Spiritual: Spiritual fitness doesn’t mean that a person should keep chanting God’s name the entire day. It can be done by keeping the mind filled open thoughts and import positive thoughts. God is a charger which charges the human battery for dealing in difficulties like mobile phone charges itself. We do not forget to charge the mobile before leaving the house likewise we need to charge our mind to work better. This can be done by doing meditation regularly, positive affirmations, remaining positive in all situations. The more spiritual the human mind and body the effects are less of the surroundings. Having said that people keep faith in destiny and try to follow every possible way to stay happy, provided the food intake by the mind is also positive. Spiritual well being also depends on the ancestorial behavior which is developed in their family tree and is followed by generations.

Here we summarise how important it is to be fit in all ways to live a better lifestyle and make the surroundings also healthy with the vital inputs daily and routine activities. It is also proven that a person with all the capabilities and dedication live a far better life than others. Their intellect level is also more compared to that of others. Believe that better things are always coming your way and you will definitely get more success in life
